This policy explains how Pika Lab Studio handles information when you browse our pages or use our planning tools. It covers this website; services you visit through a link have their own policies.

Prompts, budgets and tool answers

The prompt generator, credit calculator, video tool selector and photo checklist process entries in your browser. These tools do not send your prompts, budgets or answers to our server or to a model provider.

These four tools do not save your answers to browser storage for later visits. Copying a prompt uses your device’s clipboard when you select the copy button. You control what you paste into another service.

Pika Prompt Checker

The checker uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated misuse. When verification runs, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which processes network and browser signals for this security check. Our server verifies the resulting token before sending prompt text to Jev. Prompt text is not included in our Turnstile verification request.

The Prompt Checker sends your prompt text and custom rules through our server to TypeSafe’s Jev model when you pause typing or run a batch. The checker does not save prompt text on our server. TypeSafe processes submitted text under its service policies. Avoid entering private information you do not want sent to that provider.

Custom checks are saved in this browser for future visits. Delete them in the checker or clear this site’s browser storage. Prompt drafts and batch results remain in memory for the current page session.

Photo previews

A photo selected in the readiness checklist is previewed locally in your browser. It is not uploaded to Pika Lab Studio or sent to Pika by the checklist. Uploading it in a provider’s app is a separate action governed by that provider’s policy.

Site activity and analytics

The homepage prepares events for workflow clicks, section views and video playback. These events use fixed page and content identifiers. They do not include your prompt text, photos or tool answers.

We use Google Analytics on the published website to understand page visits and engagement. Google Analytics can use cookies and process information such as the page address, referring website, browser, device and approximate location. Homepage events are also sent to Google Analytics with fixed content identifiers. Analytics is disabled on local previews. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our tag configuration.

Hosting and request logs

Delivering a page or media file requires a request to the site’s hosting service. That service may process an IP address, browser information, request time and requested address in its delivery or security logs. Log retention depends on the hosting service’s configuration.

Images, video and audio

Guide media is served as files from this site. Playing a clip or sound file requests that file from the hosting service. The current pages do not use third-party embedded media players.

Accounts, payments and other websites

Pika Lab Studio does not provide user accounts, accept payments or collect payment-card information. Subscriptions and generation credits are managed by the product provider.

When you follow a link to another website, that site may collect information under its own privacy policy. Review its policy before submitting files, personal details or payment information.

Your choices

You can block analytics requests or cookies through your browser settings or privacy extensions. You can read the guides without entering information in a tool. You can clear or replace tool entries and photo previews, and choose when to play or download media. Closing the page ends its temporary in-memory tool session.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the site adds services that change how information is collected or handled, including analytics, accounts or uploads.
